Cancellation Policy

At Wigs 360 Support, we are committed to providing safe, gentle, and emotionally supportive care for children experiencing medical hair loss. The following policy outlines our service terms to ensure each visit is respectful, smooth, and supportive for both the child and parent. Eligibility & Availability This program is designed for children ages 3–17 experiencing hair loss due to medical treatments or health conditions. Services are available by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled for in-home visits, hospital settings, or virtual consultations (within our service area). Booking & Custom Quotes Each child’s needs are unique. Final pricing will be quoted after an initial consultation or intake call. A non-refundable deposit may be required before custom wig ordering or fitting services begin. Quotes include: wig selection, fitting, a child-friendly gift, and parent guidance. Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or require rebooking. If the child is not feeling well, please notify us to reschedule with no penalty. Parent/Guardian Involvement A parent or legal guardian must be present during any in-person or virtual appointment. Written consent is required before we begin any fittings or wig adjustments. Safety & Comfort All pediatric wigs are lightweight, soft-lined, and carefully selected for sensitive scalps. We do not use glue or adhesives unless previously approved by the guardian and appropriate for the child’s age and condition.
