That’s why we now offer 24-hour home pickup and delivery for wig cleaning, styling, and revitalizing — exclusively for wigs purchased from our store. Cancellation Policy

Wig Donations Acceptable donations: We gratefully accept gently used human hair or high‑quality synthetic wigs that are clean, in good condition and free from strong odors or pet hair. Preparation: Please wash and thoroughly dry the wig before donating. Place it in a protective bag or box labeled with your name and contact information. How to donate: Contact us via the phone number or email listed on our website to arrange drop‑off or mailing instructions. We do not accept walk‑ins. Purpose: Donated wigs are provided at little or no cost to individuals dealing with hair loss due to medical conditions. Non‑accepted items: We cannot accept heavily worn or damaged wigs, wigs with mold or mildew, or wigs that have been chemically treated (e.g., bleached or dyed with harsh chemicals). By following our care instructions and donation guidelines, you help ensure that every wig we provide remains safe, comfortable and durable for our clients. We reserve the right to update this notice as needed. Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is secured only after you receive a confirmation via our website, app or customer service. Standard Cancellation: 48+ hours before appointment: You may cancel without any charge. 24–48 hours before appointment: Cancelling within this window incurs a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost. Less than 24 hours or no‑show: Cancelling within 24 hours or failing to be present at your scheduled time incurs a 100% fee of the service cost. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24–48 hours of the appointment are treated as late cancellations and incur the 50% fee. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered no‑shows and incur the 100% fee. Provider Cancellations: If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., provider illness, emergencies), we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand emergencies can occur. If you must cancel within the fee period due to serious circumstances, contact us immediately. We may waive fees at our discretion. Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this policy. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings.
